I think it worths trying to contact the customer support through the Chatbot (SIMon) that can be found at the bottom of the website. Just see if they can add that promo to your account manually. A bit of bargaining would be required though, I imagine.

@princessrgs , there's really no loyalty department to speak to.  You could try using the chatbot link and initiating a support ticket.
