Need help sorting out what happened to my account, as I have been with PM since February 2020

Been in PM since February 2020. Never missed a month since. We have an account each. BUT. We're using Z30'S. And services were getting cut from that device. So bought myself an S21. UTD android 14...it's so advanced it's scarey...however all of a sudden my price jumped $10/mo when we hit Points Rewards...so need to go talk to ticket people for some help.

what "account activity" you are looking for?? you cMmot login at all?? tried Incognito mode?? tried the app??

Did you pause Subscribe/AutoPay for longer than 90 days?
If you did then your account is closed and you lost your number and SIM is useless.
You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and check the status of your account.
If it is Active then you need to submit a ticket on the Chat bubble or dm a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.
