What issues are you facing while paying?
If you are trying on both the website and the mobile app, and if it is not working, clear your browser cache, use incognito mode or use a different browser. If it is still not working, you can dial 611 and then pay. If you wish to pay via a voucher, you can get a voucher at most Shell, London drugs, Shoppers, 7/11, Circle K, Petro Canada and some Telus stores. Call your location first to see if they have them available, then you can load the voucher by dialing 611.

you could get payment vouchers at Shell gas then dial 611 to add them to your account.
