I CANNOT APPLY A 25$ Pyment to my phone, i have been trying now for two months , lost the first one and just bought another one how can i find out what going on

The last check is to use another phone and dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter the phone number and tell us the recording you get. If you haven't paid in 4 months then the account would be dead.

Usually they reply within couple hours. In case you don't get any reply, message them every couple hours for update

how do i get someone to message me , i cannot do anything i have tried support , and cannot fill out all of it as i have forgot my pin and password they will not let me do anything , i have missed a payment for 60 days

@pepper01 it could be just local network issue
have you been using this phone without problem? does it show not connected?
Can you try to reseat your sim card first? Power off the phone first, take the sim card out for a minute, then put it back in and power up the phone again
If it is still not connecting, please check what is the error message. Sim not provisione?. No Sim card? No network?

Log in to your account / Payment / Add Funds with Vouchers. Enter the vouchers code to Redeem vouchers. Look in Available Funds to see your balance...or dial 611.

@pepper01 you meant you got a $25 voucher and cannot apply it? where did you get the voucher?
and were you entering a 12 digits voucher PIN?
