I’m out of data no power need help to communicate can’t add data took my money out of account for storm in power outage area till Wednesday night plz help

@jana8999 - are your calling and texting services working okay?

Did you confirm you are indeed out of data on your My Account, or have do you have remaining data and the service simply does not work?

 

@Yummy - even when power is out, cell service can work. But if damage was done to the cell towers then that may affect calling/texting/data services.

It's unfortunate that PM didn't offer additional data to people affected by Hurricane Fiona like virtually every other carrier (at least postpaid) did.

@jana8999   buying add-on is the only way.  At this moment, I don't think PM is providing free data in such situation.  Of course, you can open ticket with CS agent and hope for the best

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

But if you have no power that would mean cell towers have no power so you will not have any service. I do not know how agent can help you.

But if you have no power and no service how do you post on Community??????
