Help! I'm getting incessant text notifications from Public Mobile. It's virtually impossible to figure out how to stop them, and they come at all hours... Does anyone know how to stop them?

PM send renewal SMS around midnight at the renewal day.
You could remember to silence (or turn off) phone on that day and problem solved.

@JimLahey If your question is about notifications from the community forum which can become almost non stop especially if you've responded to a very active thread like the recent autopay failure then try the following.
Click your avatar and select My Settings, then Subscriptions/Notifications. You can go further into the settings with Preferences and turn off all email notifications but then would need to enable that setting if you're messaging with customer support unless you're signed into your community account most of the day. You can also unsubscribe from a particular thread by clicking the "options" top right of each thread and selecting unsubscribe if necessary.

MarieRamsey: Some of the texts are normal. Mostly around renewal. Usually around noon ET. But yes for some unknown reason the rewards text is sent out at midnight ET. There are some other texts that go out on occasion.

Lol nice name.
Do you men's general messages from PM bc they don't come all too often or do you mean the notifications from the community bc if you have those truend on you can get non stop dinging everytime you get a bravo or someone else replies to a thread you commented in. You can also turn those off too.

@JimLahey - those messages from 611/public mobile are probably best received on SILENT since they come at all hours of the day/night.
Save the contact to your phone contacts. Then select that contact to change the settings to silence all notifications. You will still receive the messages, but they will be quiet and peaceful. 🙂

What are the notifications? What number do they seem to be from?

I think you can reply with unsubscribe to stop the notifications.

Do you mean SMS or emails?
SMS I doubt you can eliminate unless you block 611.
