Hello,
I would like to transfer my number from Koodo to PM. The number is assigned to me on the Koodo bill, but the account holder is my spouse. My spouse does not wish to transfer to PM. When I try the transfer directions, it asks me to confirm cancellation of Koodo account. Am I still able to transfer old Koodo number while keeping my husband’s account at Koodo intact? Am I still able to transfer this Koodo number (assigned to me but I am not account holder)? Thank you.

Generally all you need is your previous providers account number. State what your original number was listed on that account number to receive the port in text respond YES to it.
Since Public Mobile is also prepaid you don't need to worry about a credit evaluation as well when opening an account.

@Cookie22 You just need the Koodo account number and leaving Koodo active and sim in the phone you need to reply YES to the confirmation text to port to PM and it will only close your number off his account and his number will remain with Koodo with his account . But if you have Koodo pre paid you will first need to pick temp PM phone number then have support help you transfer the number to PM for you . But I’m assuming you have koodo post paid and my former statement stands true and regardless you can transfer one number (yours) and his number will remain with Koodo no worries
