How to transfer a Public Mobile sim card from my current iPhone to a new iPhone?

It sounds like your activation didn't work. Submit a ticket to get more help with this.

SIM cards don't attach to the phones. If the account is paid up, all you do is place the SIM card in the new phone and it should start working after a reboot. Another option is to go into your Settings and then Network Settings and refresh them and then reboot. That will force the PM SIM to find the PM network.

Hey @Austin-13
If it's a physical SIM card, then just take it out of the old iPhone and place it into the new one and reboot. Just note, you can do that or you can download the app and purchase an eSIM. This way the physical SIM slot is left for another provider if you wanted. It's $5 for the first one and free after that. Something to think about.
Example: I have a Public Mobile eSIM and my TextNow SIM account on a physical SIM card. Then on my Telus account I have an eSIM for Telus and my American SIM card in the phone. It's a great way to work things.

Remove your sim card. Put it into the new phone. Reboot the Iphone.
