Hi
For the last few days in my Google feed I've received promotions from PM advertising a $23.00 per month International 4G plan. Nowhere in the promotion does it state that these offers are for new subscribers only. However, when I log in and select 'Change Subscription' the advertised offer is not present.
How do I take advantage of the offer?

The only way is to open a new account, get new SIM, use new email.
If promo is not available on your account, you cannot get it.

@geordieboy, yes it's a sore spot with most of us existing customers that we cannot get "new activations only" deals or just cheaper plans for that matter. As @Handy1 has mentioned, it's no issue upgrading out plans. You can try reaching out to a customer support agent to see if they can give it to you but we've heard most people strike out and get no help. Something that might work but will take more time is to select whatever is the cheapest available plan offered to you (but of course select Change on renewal) and within 24hrs you should have an updated list of plans available to you. The idea is that PM seems to at least offer one cheaper plan to downgrade to and then you might get different targeted offers. I don't work for PM so I can't say for sure that this will work but we have heard recently that someone downgraded their plan and was then able to see some different options. Also, you probably will not see any options that are for new customers only.

@Handy1. If that's the case then surely the 'small print' accompanying the promotion should state that it is not available to all current subscribers. It's deceptive advertising as it stands and I should be allowed to switch to the advertised plan.

@geordieboy Sorry we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts . And it’s tuff to downgrade plan price but super easy to upgrade plan price . So if you don’t have friend refferals you could port number out and back in on the desired plan with new sim and email
