How to set up voicemail

How do i set up voicemail?

Setting vmail has to be done from the mobile phone - very first time. Go to phone app, press '1' and it should get you to vmail. Then do the setting. Later you can access vmail from either mobile or any other phone calling xxx-xxx-4001 number.
Check if 4001 number is set up as vmail number on your phone first, just in case.

What happens when you long press the 1 key on your dialer? That should take you to the voicemail system. If not then dial 1-778-580-4001.
