How to get upgrade to 4G for my current plan?

My current plan is $15/month and has 3G data, but I saw Public Mobile had the $15 plan with 4G data. How can I upgrade my data speed to 4G in this plan?

@Chalupa_Batman  I’m aware OP can go for the 15GB for $30 4G plan too . But I said the $20 plan because they already on $15 plan so don’t need much data and. For $5 then they lay now you basically get 3GB you don’t already have and go up in data speed

True. But you get 6GB data for $23 on the app. $1 a GB is good value.

The $15 100 minutes 250mb 4G is available only for QC new customers, it’s not available to any customers outside QC,

If you have a QC number, check if it’s availability for you to change subscription

@JanetW2024  sorry the $15 plan is gone ATM ,  You can only change to whatever plans are available to you in your account . And member it’s best to change plan with change in next renewal option and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle

@JanetW2024  when you sign into your account,  you can only change to what us showing as available.  When you click on Change Subscription,  if it's not there; that means you cannot change to it.
