Plan Change

Yesterday I upgrade my plans from the $23 6gb to the $35 60gb plan, if I wanted to change it back - how would I be able to do that?

usually you cannot change back, especially your plan is no longer available  But since only one day, check with PM support agent, ask politely , maybe they will help

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
