Why does my phone tell me I don't have an active plan on my account when my payment isn't due till the 14th? It's the 12th my plan should still be active.

hi @Avantoria360 PM is a prepaid provider and renew every 30 days and not . monthly
please login My Account and check account status and check why was the last time it renewed. It might be over 30 days now and your account is now suspended from lack of payment, could be a problem with autopay. You might need to make payment now

@Avantoria360 So you don’t have service right now? When you log into your account is it active or suspended?

Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle so it changes and shorten by a day about every 2 months.
Best to login to your account and check your renewal date.
You can also dial 1-855-4PUBLIC to check the status of your account.

dial 611 with your cell to hear current plan status. You can also pay with 611, but you need your PM pin number.
