I switched to Public Mobile three days ago, and since then, I’ve been unable to receive texts. I cannot receive SMS messages or send texts to anyone using an Android device, although I do have cellular service.
Shortly after my switch to Public Mobile, I received a text indicating there was a problem, which I've attached below. The URL in the text is also inaccessible.
Since then, I have struggled to resolve this issue on my own.

the number not ported yet. Check with PM porting support team and confirm. Also, you should provide them the account number of your old carrier instead of IMEI
