I am extremely frustrated by the changing of our accounts to the new eversafe system - it gives no option other than texting a code to the phone. Why do we not have the option to email the code to the account's email!?
I am currently in the situation where I've lost my phone, it's gone, never coming back... and I'm unable to cancel my account/autopay or do ANYTHING because I can't login because the system will only accept a code texted to the phone number.
Absolutely ridiculous!!

you can.
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email

@WhisConnection You can’t but if you tap resend code a few time you will get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket to support @WhisConnection
