My wife just switched to Koodo but she forgot to d/c her autopay with PM. She also has $20 credit left in her account. Can she transfer it to me? I am still a PM customer. Thank you.

Koodo is an affiliate of TELUS.
So is Public Mobile.
If you request nicely, it's 'possible' that Koodo and PM might be able to 'work together' to have the credit from the Public Mobile account transferred over to Koodo since you've stayed loyal to the TELUS group of companies.
Can't hurt to ask both of them this question - some prior folks have had success with similar such ventures.
Here's how to reach PM:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@pastor_batoon yes, your wife can choose to use up the Available Fund/credit before porting. Just leave the autopay there for the next renewal date. After the plan is renewed, then disable Pre-Authorized payments. for porting, try to port no later than 25th day on the new cycle. Give it sometimes in case any delay, you don't want any delay cost you another month of service.
nevermind, I think I misunderstand the question 🙂

Your wife should not be charged in the next billing cycle.

Once you port out of PM, your account is closed automatically and your not charged anymore. Don't worry.
No you can't transfer money or anything between accounts. So sorry.

@pastor_batoon , if you have already transferred out, the account will have been deactivated. You could have removed auto pay before porting out. Also, the funds in the account will be lost since your account is no longer active.
