Going to USA for 2 days. Bought both roaming packages but only need 1. Is there a way to refund the redundant purchase? Thanks

once you get to US, manually select T-Mobile as the preferred network. Text and data add-on should be ok...talk can be hit-and-miss depending on your location. I found talk sorta works ok in larger city...not so much in rural locations.

So sorry but there's no refunds or prorating here.
But you can try to get a credit by asking.

Just use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started and then you can try to ask for a credit to be put on your account.

@anbenson yes , you can request a reverse of the transaction and have the fund move back to your account. Please open ticket with PM support using chatbot:

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
