On Cyber Monday I upgraded 3 phone plans with the 20offmonthly deal and it was only applied to 1 phone even though the plan change recognized the promo at the time of upgrade. Now I am being charged almost $60 for each phone instead of $35. How do we get any action on billing without having anyone to talk to directly?

First check credit card and self-account payment/refund, submit ticket to CSA. you will get it back.

@KaelaM Login to those accounts using Incognito mode and check if there is a $20 sitting as Available Fund. Check Payment history and see if they just charged you the ful price $55 first and then give you back the $20 credit

You'll have to use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started for help with that problem.
