I ordered extra data service by using rewards, not used yet, just realize that is for US data roaming, not for Canada data service, how to change it to Canada data service?

If you did not use add-on service open a ticket and politely nice for refund.
But if even one byte is used accidentally agent might not be able to refund you.

@Jeffyu hi , once you redeem I don't believe you can can undo or get the points back.
But use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask. They might do it for you. Just explain what happened.
