How to change the contact info on 2 step verification when signing in

I am going out of the country, and will not have access to my SIM card and public mobile number. However, I’d like to be able to access my account while out of country. 
When I  sign in on a new device it sends a “confirmation code” to my cell phone. 
I want it to send that confirmation code to my email instead. 
any ideas where I go to change these details?

Confirmation code can be received by email.

Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.

Login to your account on the self serve portal, go to the profile tab, then click manage eversafe ID. From here you can remove your phone number and once that’s gone you will only have the codes sent to your email. 

If you do it this way the code will automatically send to your email and you won’t have to hit “Didn’t receive code” to have it sent to your email.

You can login to your account and hit Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then you have the option to send the 2FA code by email.
