How to change profile picture?

How do you change profile picture to a custom one? Or do Oracles only get the option? I only see oracles using custom pictures like softech, Luddite, Computergeek541 and w13liam.

@hTideGnow - Yeah, it is kind of more independence of when to go on and when not to when a Mayor or lower, but Oracles have to somewhat monitor, like archiving things.

Yes, it is only Oracles and PM staff

there was a regular who managed to swing CS agent to help to change the profile pic.. but the regulars got into big trouble in the end 🙂

(but serious, I see you become an Oracle one day 🙂 )
