I'm trying to upgrade from a 25/mo plan to the 35/mo plan, but I'm not able to. I also want to take advantage of the cyber monday deal of 2 extra GB when purchasing a plan of 35+/mo.
When I click "Change Plans" in the "My Account" page, it brings me to "ChangePlanLandingPage". There is a paragraph which states "Pick a ready-made plan below", but there are no plans listed anywhere, just a blank area.
There is another message in smaller text that states "If you still want to change to one of our new plans, please call *611". When I call 611, there is no option to change/purchase plans.
If I click "Try Out More Options" beside the "New Plan" header, it brings me to a "403.14 - Forbidden" error page.
I've tried with both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The website seems very broken.
How do I change plans?

You have been here over 2 years. The $40/5gb plan will be $36 with autopay and loyalty rewards + any friend referrals you might have to reduce the cost so not much more than the current promotion and you can change plans whenever you want unlike those with the promotion who will lose it if they change their rate plan.
Heck if you keep posting, bravoing and getting help(+vice versa) you might even earn a community reward furthering reducing the cost of the $40 plan.

@zachshaver - that screen shot you provided is just a glitchy Self Serve.
Usually opening a tab in incognito mode, or trying a different browser or device, OR even trying again later will correct this.
As for the 2GB promo going on, you will not see that offered in your Change Plan section on your Self Serve, because it is only for new customer activations.

To my understanding 2GB data bonus is for brand new customers. If you are upgrading from $25 to $35 plan you are not eligible for 2GB as you are existing customer.
If you really want those 2GB bonus, you can open new account, close existing ($25) but you will lose all loyalty and referral rewards. Is 2GB worth that much?

If you really want this promo and extra data,
you will need to port to a different mobile company and then port back to Public mobile....
not Unable to port one PM number to another PM number.

You should be able to schedule your plan change with no issues. Try Change plan on next renewal. That is what worked for me few months ago.
I see you tried few other browsers... Did you try MS Edge?

I just wonder.....do some the the “scripted” replies get edited with information taken from subsequent and better replies? I know I edit mine for typos and to better explain myself. And some times I don’t read all replies and jump in from the OP only and then find my reply has already been covered. The latter should be a bravo only from me in support of the reply. Anyone new here should weigh out which ones to read or pursue based on the bravos. But nothing intentional to improve my reply as I would not copy from some one else’s “non scripted” reply.
