Hi I’m trying to call *611 and it asks for my code and none that I’m putting in is working

Log in to your account and change PIN number. If you are in tight spot to pay the bill, get voucher and pay trough web site.

If you can log in then you may as well do what you need to do there.
What are you trying to do in 611? Use your registered credit card to pay? Voucher?

@Lilianaacevedo if you are talking about the 4 digits PIN, login to My Account and you can change the PIN from Profile page there
