I replied yes to the 15 gb for $40 offer and logged in to my account to change to it. When I went into change my plan it initially displayed (I think) but then disappeared when I checked he other options. Now I can’t find the offer anywhere in my account. What happened?

Here is the message I received:
"Get 15GB of 4G speed data for only $40/month. Reply "YES" to get this limited time offer added to your account on your next renewal date.
Plus, tell your friends that they can also get this offer. Available for a limited time to new customers during the Activation process."
For friends or relatives new at PM, I noticed in PM website that it is available only 12GB + 5GB for one year
wondering how do they get 15GB at $40/mo more than one year? how to refer this offer to them ?

Oh man! After I made a bunch of screencaps. 🙂
Glad to hear it.

Opps. My bad. I didn’t click on 4g. When I did the 15 gb option came up as you predicted. Set it to change at renewal and now have the correct pending change note. Thanks.

Sorry. Tried your steps on my desktop (Mac Safari) browser and still no 15 gb option. Not in the orange arrow scroll options. Can’t see it anywhere.

Click on cancel plan change. Go in to change plan and click on 4G and click on the yellow (orange?) arrow and find the 15gb plan and click on change on next renewal.
Try a different browser or device or use incognito mode. If you're doing this a mobile browser then try desktop mode.
Then see that scheduled plan change in the two places.

I chatted with an agent who said she was adding the texted offer to my plan and now I see the pending change in my account, but it is only 4g at the old 5 gb. Still no 15 gb. Something is not right!

@toewsra I agree with @computergeek541 if you have a scheduled plan change to this plan the plan will not show up in the offers but you should see that you have a scheduled change coming up.
If you are wanting the plan change immediately, I believe you can cancel the change then it will appear as an option in the available plans.

@toewsra Don't wait, open a ticket with PM Support and ask them if they see there is a scheduled plan change or now. If there is no scheduled plan change, as them why you are cannot see the plan, too
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Thanks for all the replies, but no luck on any. Reset history, login in private mode, looked for notes, scrolled for the new offered plan, nothing. So I will wait until renewal and see what happens.

@toewsra Login to My Account using Incognito mode. Then click on Plan & Add-on page, then click Change my plan, you should then see a note there on top telling you that you have a scheduled plan change

As you have already replied "yes"to the text message, you wouldn't again be able to schedule a change to the same plan. Beneath your current plan details on the Self Serve plan details, there should be a note about an upcoming plan change.

@toewsra hi use the scroll down button far right side to scroll down through the 4g plans

Clear your browser cache and history and then open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Look under Plans & Add-Ons.
