Received public mobile SMS text about promotion changing to another $40 plan.I swear I didn't say yes. But tonight I saw there was a "yes",and saying my plan will be upgraded on the renewal. What do I do?
This seems sneaky, I was not interested at all, how did I text back "yes". Any one has similar things happen to you? thank you

That shouldn't make a difference. Did you clear your browser and login using secret/incognito mode?

What could have happened, and I noticed this on my phone is that a "YES" appears as a tappable button because the phone is trying to be helpful. Curious if you either accidentally clipped it with your finger, pocket dialed it, or tapped it after seeing it because you were wondering where it came from, triggering the send at that time. (Time stamps are helpful on text messages to get an idea of when something occurred).
Edit example of accident, accidentally replied to darlicious instead of you. Oops!

You may want to use it to log into your pm self serve account as it can often show the cached version of your account. @dust2dust also reported similar text and YES reply in his phone with no adverse affects in his account either.

If you are using Google Chrome go up to the 3 dots at the top right corner of your screen and click on it. In the pop up box you should see near or at the top "new incognito mode". Click on it and a new window will open up in dark mode. Search public mobile login on that page.

@darlicious- That's what one account got. I did not tap it. I did not reply. No plan change.

Weird. Try logging in again but clear your browser cache and use secret/incognito mode as you might be seeing the cached version of your account. Best to double check.

Does the YES appear below the text message in white (edit: colour)? Or have you logged into your account and there is a scheduled plan change on next renewal showing on your account? Nevertheless just click on "cancel plan change."
