Access your voicemail box by pressing, and holding, the 1 key on your Public Mobile device.

When in your voicemail:

• press 4 to access personal options,
• press 4 to modify personal preferences,
• press 3 to access your personal name
• press 2 to re-record your name.

 Are you referring  to your Cibdetab? If so, in order to change your avatar name you have to send a message to customer service.  Link is below. Let them know the name you want to change it to.
