How can I change my email address for my account/login

There are 2 places this should be changed:

 

  1. in your Self-Serve account:  follow CSA contact as @softech  provides to contact the support agents, and
  2. in your Community account:   you can easily do this by tapping your avatar icon HALIMACS_1-1671496200581.jpegupper right of your screen, go down to My Settings, and update your new e-mail address there.   Doing this ensures a smooth use of support services in future as both Community and Self-Serve e-mails match.

@Gdebenham   you can't change it yourself, only PM support can help with that.

 

Please open ticket with PM Support using Chatbot , open the ticket as a "Forgot Password" type of ticket and support can assist changing the email 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
