Hi there,

I need my account (my Public Mobile phone number) and my gmail email address to be connected.  They have existed for years but were mixed up and now I can't access my account.  Please help.  Thank you.

could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
