my credit card has expired. How can I change the card details?

Have you ever created a My Account before? If not and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link

Clear the cache and go incognito and login on a laptop or desktop.

You can also purchase a voucher and enter it by dialing 611 to activate your account.

Contact a CS_Agent to change an activate email address.

@SkybeatImm do you have an email yiu can login?  just ask PM support to update the login to an email you have access

You need to login to your account and go to the Payment section and update the CC on file.
