There appears to be a problem with logging into my account and an attempt to submit a ticket did not work. Was asked to enter phone number to have a code sent but received an error message saying the account service was not available. Today was / is the payment date. I need to be able to get into my account and make the payment and get my access back

Vouchers can be added for payments through 611 or My Account, see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

edit, 611 cannot send you anything. 611 is a tool you can use to help you manage your account.

I was able to log into my account just now. Clear your browser cache first and then open a new browser window in incognito or private mode.

Need help
Until you can get your Self Serve account fixed, buying a voucher can be done and the payment applied by dialing 611. For the verification code, is there an option to have the code sent by e-mail?
