I assist a technology challenged friend with their monthly payments. The don't have access to their self-serve, as writing down their login details for them wasnt enough. I was to remember them myself.
Anyways, I bought a couple vouchers and I need to apply them to her account. I tried calling 611, but they recognize my phone/account only.
Any way of applying them without being on my friends phone?

dial 1855-4PUBLIC
or logon to SELF-SERVE and select payments and choose voucher.

Dial 1 855 4PUBLIC. Enter their 10 digit phone number. Press (1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin # from the voucher. The voice says if you have been successful and the phone gets an immediate SMS text that says a successful payment has been made to the account.

To top up using a voucher, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘One Time Payment’. In the form on the next page, select ‘Payment Voucher’ as your payment method and enter your voucher code below, then click ‘Submit’.
