@Raf414 As a workaround download Hangout Dialer, register/verify your PM sim number. Once compete you can dial anywhere in NA for free using a WiFi connection.
Try Fongo Mobile if you are looking to have WiFi calling and the ability to dial real numbers and receive calls from real numbers. Keep in mind the app assigns you a separate number that's not the same as the number tied to your PM SIM card.
