You can see reply from agent in your mailbox.
Once ticket is submitted it cannot be edited, if that is what you are asking... and if you have or want to add more details you have to communicate with agent handling your ticket.

if you open ticket via Chatbot ,you should have the ticket number after you submitted the ticket, or you should see it in Community Sent box
But if you open ticket by direct message, then you won't get the ticket number
however, you don't really need the number, just submit ticket with agent to ask for update
