Hey Public Mobile Community!
I recently purchased a US talk and text roaming package for my trip, but wasn’t able to use it since my trip was cancelled.
How do I cancel this roaming package to receive a refund?

Your best bet is to ask for a credit to your account. Explain that your trip was cancelled last minute and the CSA may grant the credit. FYI....understand that US 10 day roaming add ons start the "clock" the moment you purchase them. In future add funds to your account but wait until departure or arrival in the US to confirm and submit your purchase of these add ons so you don't waste any of the 10 days of roaming while you are still in Canada. Are you sure you had actually purchased the roaming add on or have you only added the funds to your account?

HI @kelseyluo PM is prepaid service and they usually do not provide refund. However, there is a chance they can reverse the purchase and put the fund back into your Account as Available Fund, which can be used for next renewal.

Unfortunately, Public Mobile's policies have always mentioned that refunds aren't provided.

Best that you contact a CS_Agent about your situation and a refund by private messaging (envelope icon) on top of this page.

If none of it was used, and it was somewhat recently purchased, try requesting this of the CSA's.
If they agree to doing this, they may apply the funds to your available funds to be used against future service renewals or add-on purchases. Bear in mind, pre-paid services usually offer no refunds, which is stated in their Service Terms at the bottom of the page.
