It's more of a discussion on what's in the catalogue though, it's not really a support issue, support issues mainly affect your service, you wonder what the points structure is and the layout and someone would have to show you their account, so, for now, it's just more a discussion topic, unless you're having a redemption issue or something that directly effects your account.
It does affect my service. My reward give me enough money to keep the plan i have now. if the reward is no good, i don't have money and i need to stop my service
and PM tries to lure me to the new system, at least tell me more so I can decide.
Well until @J_PM does a detailed announcement post on how the catalogue and points costs/redemption works, consider this a soft launch you can ignore for the time being as it really has no effect on any of us legacy members.
