hello, i am trying to change my plan and my auto pay billing date is coming up Jan 31. not sure how this works as when i try and downgrade my data plan they want me to put money on my account to pay for change , if i do that and change now ,will public mobile take two payments out , anyone know how i go about this? sincerely Ken

You can set your plan to change at the end of the current billing cycle. This way you won't lose any paid days remaining on your plan. Your billing would continue on the same 30-day interval as before in this scenario.
If you opt to change the plan immediately, you will lose the remainder of the few days remaining on your paid plan, and your new plan's 30-day period would start immediately. In this scenario, your payment would be processed immediately, and then again after 30 more days.
