Hello,
I subscribed to Public Mobile with a new Physical SIM card.
Its been more than an hour and my SIM is still not activated.
How long does it usually take to activate the SIM card after purchasing a package?

You can try your sim card in a different phone if you can to re provision it. or you can reach a csa

should be instant.
Reboot your phone with the PM sim card there (and make sure all other old sim cards are removed, old eSIMs are disabled)
also, try Reset network settings
if it still shows not connected, it is a sim card provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM CS agent and you just need to engage them by direct message.

Hello.
Try rebooting your phone. You can also go into your settings and reset your network settings and then reboot. Try that first.
