How long does SIM take to activate?

Hello,I subscribed to Public Mobile with a new Physical SIM card.Its been more than an hour and my SIM is still not activated.How long does it usually take to activate the SIM card after purchasing a package?Thanks

I have rebooted my phone multiple times, it is still showing as "Unregistered SIM"
