I am auto charged monthly and was charged today for oct 15-Nov 14. My plan is unlimited Canada wide talk. Why did I receive a text today Oct 15/25 stating that i have 10 minutes left in my plan? Thank you

I too just received a text saying that I had no minutes remaining. I also am billed monthly for unlimited Canada Wide. I will assume I am to ignore the message(?)

There is a problem with the public mobile notification system that sends out text messages. Public mobile is aware of this and are working on fixing the issue. For now, please ignore the text message.
