I was on the fall 2016 promo plan and my last payment was:
$120 - $27 (rewards) = $93 for 90 days ( payment on Sep 26, 2022)
I switched over to 40GB $15 plan on Dec 25, 2022 and paid:
$40 - $9 (rewards) = $31 (payment on Dec 25, 2022)
However, I am reading from others that the rewards are given out at the end of the 90 days period (not in advance). Therefore, I should have received $27 in rewards ($9 x 3 months) instead and paid:
$40 - $27 (rewards) = $13 (on Dec 25, 2022 only)
Is this assumption correct? If so, who do I reach out to in order to get my $18 worth of missing credits?

@hTideGnow I have changed to the 90 day . Soon as I did my next billing looks as thou I’ve been given 3x rewards . But I believe this is an estimate and will actually be rewarded 1x reward every 30 days . I have reported some finding in this and plan to update it again in 30 days and 90 days . While at why not 60 days too . But at any rate I feel confident you will not loos rewards . As for going from 90 day plan to 30 day plan . I’ve read that it’s possible you will only get 1 x rewards . So as @softech says this is a tricky one . And we all going to just have to leave from each other . The true way this will all play out .

Nice! Even this long afterwards. I hadn't heard from the others that had this happen whether they got credited. Seems you got the right agent at the right time and asked the right way.

Thank you for this. I reached out to CS_Agent and got the issue sorted out in about 20 mins. They gave me a credit of $18 which will be used on the next bill.

I think you won't loss your rewards, you will get the correct 3 months rewards , just a matter if you will get them one 3 payments (once a month) or one payment at the end
I think @computergeek541 mentioned he got his Autopay rewards $6 all in one shot?
and @Handy1 is changing to 90 days pay too? (or changed??)
so, if you are getting the correct 90 days rewards paid during the 90 days, whether 1 or 3 payments, there is no trouble with changing from 90 days to 30 days (since the rewards are there with or without changing to 30 days plan)

The community has been trying to sort out how it works when changing from 30 days to 90 days, since the new 90 days plan just introduced
On "Paper" , rewards are earned at the end of the full completed cycle period. So, 30 days cycle would be earned on the last day of 30 days cycle. So, moving from 30 days to 90 days mean you only have one month worth of rewards to be used for renewal
Same concept, moving from 90 days to 30 days, you should have 3 months worth of rewards to be used
However, it is not new that people from legacy 90 days plan moving to 30 days had issue before, only getting one month rewards
Also, even from 30 days to 90 days now, we have mixed outcomes. Some got all 3 months rewards for some type of rewards couple days after plan change.
So, you might want to try it, if it does not work, message support and sort it out

You're the second customer asking this but many months after the fact. It looks like you got rewarded for one month as we have seen from others. So you're missing $9 x2. It's been this long though. You could try your luck with support.
