How do i talk to an actual person the robot is broken

cx rep danny stopped responding. appears to be a broken chat bot. how do i get real help?

you might have found out that the infamous Simon Chatbot has been broken for about six or seven months since the inception of the new site

you have to rely on private messaging to communicate back-and-forth with customer support agents,

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
