Can't login to my account I tried everything me and my wife got our public mobile numbers the same day years ago. I was able to change my wife's plans but mine I cannot. I tried logging in with forgot pass and email and created a new email also. Just keeps saying passwords don't match. I can't submit a ticket either because I can't loging to my account.

No need to post multiple same messages!
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

You don’t need to post this 3 times!
Are you use autofill? It will not work if you do. You need to manually enter your email and password. Once you enter it, it will have a checkmark to the right.
Now you have create a second email account on the same account.🤦♂️
