so my sons phone (iphone10) no longer sends through the texts if his data is used up. Ive gone through the settings and its all set up correctly. the imessage is on. the send as SMS is on. every time i click to open a ticket i get an error message. How do i resolve this? is there an actual person who works here? Im about done with Public Mobile, this is for a childs phone and he needs to have his texting working when he's away from wifi!

so this stuff isnt working. I finally turned off his phone and re started it as i couldnt toggle imessage off! its now off, but my messages to him arent going through to him even though it says sent on my phone. This is so frustrating to pay for a service that doesnt actually work.

@ck1972 it is a device setup issue and not a PM service issue. Since his data used up, please ask him to first disable iMessage first and leave Send SMS on. If the text still not go through, click and hold on the text and tap , then tap Send as Text Message.
if he is trying to send pictures, it is MMS, ask him to make sure Mobile data is enabled. MMS does not use any data but needs Mobile data on
If still not work, doable Send As SMS on iMessage, reboot and re-enable Send as SMS
