How can I reach an agent I privately messaged an agent it's been an hour and no one respond.

that is something that only the Customer Support Agent can fix. After you message them watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to you. Make sure to give them as much account info as you can ie: phone number, account number, PM pin number..etc.

@GentleMist- I actually did the same (about an hour ago).  They are usually reasonably quick, but it can take longer when they are busy.  Unless it goes beyond a day or two, I would(and will) just wait.
