when you Login to your account is showing any data left, or you used all,
or call *611 press 3 and you need your 4 digit PIN and check it out data usage,
if you using all data, and you needed buy it Add-ons, until your next renewal cycle come.

once you've used all your regular plan data...it just stops until next scheduled plan renewal. If you have any of the free data we all received as part of More Is Merrier at Xmas...that data will take over until renewal.
You can buy an in-Canada data add-on if you want but kinda expensive. ( 20MB - $5 or 1GB - $15 ) Any unused data add-on at renewal will roll over it's needed.
You can immediately upgrade your current plan to one with more data...you'll pay right away though.

Log in to your account and usage will be on very first page (My Account).
IF you go over your minutes/data usage, service will just stop until next renewal or until you purchase add-on. You will NOT be charged extra.

@StevenDavid No you have unlimited texting with all public mobile plans so this won’t count against data usage

What do you mean by “it just stops working”? Does that mean I won’t have access to my internet anymore? And is texting under data usage?

there are no overages or surprise charges here.
Once something is used up it just stops working.
No worries about the extra charges - EVER.

@StevenDavid public mobile is prepaid so you never have to worry about going over but to keep track of usage try this
Try again incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in

Install an app to track your ‘live’ usage so you can keep track. Public Mobile are 30 day plans (not monthly).
