I made a payment today it went through. My next due date is March 13 so why is a pre authorized payment trying to get more money. I paid it went through now another payment. Why

@Kathycurtis55 - What is telling you the payment didn't go through?
Are your services working though? If today is your renewal date then ignore the Suspended message on your My Account...it should be gone by this point in the day anyhow.

When was your renewal?
If it is today, then you are too late with payment as processing occurs in wee hours on renewal day.
If you have service then everything is paid correctly. If not you will have to manually pay and restart service.

@Kathycurtis55 When you log k to self serve is the amount for bill showing as available funds ? If so like @esjliv make manual payment and hit reactivate button

@Kathycurtis55 - are your service working? If so, ignore the suspended message on your My Account.
If they are not working, then what does it show you owe? You will need to make a manual payment and hit the reactivate button to get active again.

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary

Account #/ change # port /swap SIM
If you still have service and your plan renews today / tomorrow you can ignore this suspended notice
