Because of the data ID on the sim I run a business and go through a lot of sims they each have their own ID so I need to swap to new one without renewing was my issue

As previously mentioned.
Or you can put a prepaid credit card on your account. Even one that is exhausted fund wise but not expired. Others will say an expired card works too. Then you have be on top of prepaying  your account.

Why a new Sim? You can change your phone number using your existing Sim.

@MaddyS116  No what plan do you want ? Is it Boxing Day plan that day for new customers only ? If so first try and ask support you may be pleasantly surprised

@MaddyS116  By turning off auto subscribe , buy going  to payment page > manage subscription and toggle off

Turn auto subscribe off/on

Or if you know the 4 digit PIN number

*611

You can’t transfer your PM number to another PM account . But if your porting the number out to new provider you don’t need to turn auto subscribe off . It will close the account once you successfully port the PM number . @MaddyS116
