Yes, you might be correct. I did try chatbot + 'ticket' and ticket did not work. But then chatbot told me HOW to contact agent. Really, EVERTHING is there if somebody cares to read. I guess latest school curriculum is geared how to use TicTok, youtube, how to become influencer and how to use phones then to reading/writing.

I see no benefit of endless copy/pasting the same answer over and over again: 'If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here' but if that is what public wants/likes I can do that.

CHATBOT is your best friend. ALL instructions are there. Just a little effort is needed... like typing 'ticket' and following prompts and responses.

Yes, that's clear. Those will all be in your usage details going back 90 days. Telus won't help you.

really? hes sick of getting these calls and has a direct contact to support soooooooo.

im trying to get a number i called/texted a bunch. it was just never saved as a contact.

so im assuming i can find that under addons/usage. thats it.

i also cant login for whatever dumb reason even though i literally just did.

so im gonna wait it out and try in an hour and wait on the dumb csagent or if the telus dude can escalate it because this is ridiculas. for the amount of issues i should only be paying like $5/month for this lol jesus

Really? Geesh. Dude. Telus won't help you. They don't deal with Public Mobile issues. Read my previous message as we're trying to help you here but you're not being clear. 

After all the question I've asked, I still have no idea if it's an Android or iPhone. Also, without him actually answering clearly, I have no idea if it was a phone number that called him and it was in his call history or if it's just a phone number he saved in his contacts but no name. Or it could have been someone who texted him and that is the phone number he's referring to or someone texted him a phone number. Wish there was just more clear answers to help this fella out.

im on the phone with telus their trying to help lol

You just need to get logged in. Then you can go to the usage details and find the number if you talked or texted with it.

Ya I just need the number not the contents. This is insane crazy also my 2fA is to a number I've never had so wtf is that too.

Do you mean a number was sent to you in a text? Or that you had sent or received texts to or from that number? Or called in or out?
If so then the usage details would have that number.
But if you're talking about the contents of texts then no, no one keeps those and you wiped your phone.

The website has cache issues sometimes. Once again, wait an hour after the LAST time you tried. You are locked out!!

You will now have to wait just over 1 hour as your account has been locked to protect your account. Try again then.

Not exactly sure what that means but...  if it was a number sent to you in a text message then unless Google backed up your Android or Apple backed up your iPhone....  you may be hooped. But watch that video I put down below and see if anything there helps.

Nope. Add ons are purchases like long distance calling or data purchases.

If you keep going to the same screen it means you're locked out for 1 hour. Just wait till 1 15 minutes from the last time you tried. Your account will be unlocked.

I never had it saved under contacts it was just a number.

They should have a record under add ons don't they?

Now I can't login to my account it just refreshes to the same **bleep**ing screen. Ugh.

Well, that wouldn't be a Public Mobile issue. That would be a phone issue. Now, question is this. Is it an Android or iPhone? If you have an Android, once you log back into your Gmail account, all your contacts come back. Text messages are a hit and miss if you didn't have auto back up set. iPhone may have auto back up. Depends what you have?

Thanks, I realized I had to get off mobile.

I wiped my phone with no backup like a tard. I'm wondering if there's anyway to get my phone/text records for the last week/month so I can get this very important contact number back....
