You have a thread from yesterday also asking similar question. What are your specific details? Are you porting to Bell? or from Bell? More details the better.

During the activation process here, you enter your prior providers account number information. Doing so will initiate a port authorization text to be sent to your device with your old provider Sim card. Make sure to leave the old provider SIM card in and reply yes to that text.
