You can request a refund but the amount of time and hassle it takes, it would be much easier to leave it in your available balance. That way your card wouldn't get charged again until mid to late September

@George61 did you clicked it twice by mistake?
First , login to My Account and check if your Available Fund has any amount there. The overcharged amount usually will stay as Available fund and can be used towards next renewal
PM is a prepaid provider, usually do not provide refund unless it is a system problem. So, it is better to leave the money in the system for future use. But if you think it is a system problem and you want to try to request the refund, please open a ticket with PM Support
